Cancellation Reminder

Plans changed? Here’s how it works:

• 8+ days out: Full refund or reschedule — no sweat.
  
  
• 2–7 days out: 50% refund or reschedule.
  
  
• Less than 48 hours: No refund or reschedule — the Trolley rolls on without you.

Ride Day Reminders

• Arrive 30 minutes early to check in and grab a drink.
  
  
• If the Trolley isn’t on site, don’t worry — it’s just wrapping up a previous ride.
  
  
• Late arrivals = shortened or cancelled ride with no refunds. Be on time, friends.
