What’s your cancellation policy?
We know life happens — here’s how to handle it
Standard Tours:
• 8+ days out: Full refund or reschedule — easy.
• 2–7 days out: 50% refund or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours: No refund, no reschedule. Sorry, the Trolley rolls on without you.
Weather Policy:We ride rain or shine — it adds character. That said, if severe weather hits, we may cancel or delay the tour for safety. If we call it, you’ll get a rain check, no problem.
Minimum Riders:We need at least 8 riders to roll. If you don’t hit that number, standard cancellation rules apply.
Late Arrivals:Don’t be late — we roll on time. If you arrive late, the tour will still go ahead but with a shortened route and will end at the original scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals, so plan ahead and be ready to ride.
