The Troubled Trolley is built for birthdays, breakups, team bonding, or just because-it’s-Tuesday kind of nights. You bring the crew. We bring the wheels, the beats, and just enough chaos.
Just One Round is an 18+ 16 person shared loop around Capstone and only available on certain holidays. Includes one canned beverage with your booking.
Downtown Bar Tour is a two hour private 18+ tour for up to 16 riders going through the Red Deers downtown and stopping at two local favorites. Beverages not included
Ghouling Around Tour is a two hour private 18+ tour for up to 16 riders and learn about the heritage of Red Deer through one of the largest life size bronze sculpture collections in Canada. Beverages not included

You can fit up to 16 Troublemakers on the bike at once. Each tour requires a minimum of 8 adult (18+) riders to get rolling. There are 12 pedalling seats and bench seating for 4 non-pedallers — perfect for those who prefer to sit back, relax, and watch everyone else do the work.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We know life happens — here’s how to handle it
Standard Tours:
• 8+ days out: Full refund or reschedule.
• 3–7 days out: 50% refund or reschedule.
• Less than 72 hours: No refund, no reschedule. Sorry, the Trolley rolls on without you.
Weather Policy: We ride rain or shine — it adds character. That said, if severe weather hits, we may cancel or delay the tour for safety. If we call it, you’ll get a rain check, no problem.
Minimum Riders: We need at least 8 riders to roll. If you don’t hit that number, standard cancellation rules apply.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the tour will still go ahead but with a shortened route and will end at the original scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals, so plan ahead and be ready to ride.
